I know that is low for the true value of mastering and it is important to know that the low price should not cause anyone to devalue the art of mastering. It in no way an indication of low quality or unprofessionalism.
The reason for the low price is one, fiverr.com only allows $5, and two, because this is a new business in the field of mastering just getting started an it is best to gain some reputation & good reviews by offering sessions for introductory prices.
